Shipping & returns
How we pack, ship and handle exchanges.
Delivery timelines
Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere.
Shipping charges
A flat charge of Rs 250 applies to orders under Rs 5,000. Orders of Rs 5,000 and above ship free. Cash on delivery may include a small handling fee charged by the courier.
Packaging
Toys are shipped in their original boxes inside a protective outer carton. Gift wrapping is available on request at no extra cost — mention it when you place the order.
Exchanges & returns
Unused items in original, undamaged packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange pickup or share the return address. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
