Are your toys safe for toddlers?
Yes. Anything marked for under-3s has no small detachable parts and uses non-toxic paints and finishes. Toys with small pieces are clearly labelled 3+.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 working hours and most orders arrive in 2–4 working days. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available nationwide, and bank transfer is also accepted. Card payments are coming soon.
What if the toy is not the right fit?
Unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery — just message us and we'll arrange it.
Do you help choose a gift?
Absolutely. Tell us the child's age, interests and your budget, and we'll suggest two or three suitable options.
Do you take bulk or party orders?
Yes — birthdays, schools and corporate gifting are welcome. Share the quantity and we'll send pricing.
