How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days and usually arrive in 2–4 working days nationwide. Remote areas may take a day or two longer.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, along with bank transfer. Card payments will be added soon.
How do I know a toy suits my child's age?
Every listing shows a recommended age. If you're between two options, message us with the child's age and interests and we'll suggest the better fit.
Are the toys safe for toddlers?
Toys marked for under-3s contain no small detachable parts and use non-toxic paints and finishes. Anything with small pieces is clearly labelled 3+.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you take bulk or gift orders?
Yes — birthday parties, schools and corporate gifting are welcome. Contact us with quantities and we'll share pricing.
